Nikko-Ryan Santillan is an experienced product designer and strategist with a robust background in consumer technology and health-focused applications. Currently serving as Principal Product Designer at Abbott since January 2024, Nikko-Ryan leads a team in developing a personalized metabolic health coaching platform. Previous roles include Product & Design Advisor at BLAYZE, and Senior Product Designer at Calm, where extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams enabled the successful launch of features across various platforms. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Alto Pharmacy and Fitbit, focusing on product design and strategy for health and wellness projects. Nikko-Ryan holds a Master of Science in Communications Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Science in City & Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
