Marcos Morales is an experienced executive with a career spanning over three decades in human capital and compensation services. Since October 2003, Marcos has held multiple leadership roles at WTW, including Director Executivo for Work & Rewards Brazil and Executive Compensation Director for Brazil, along with positions as Regional Director for both the Latin America Human Capital Group and Latin America Data Services. Additionally, Marcos has served as an independent member of the Human Resources, Compensation, and Governance Committee at Blau Farmacêutica since January 2020 and as a Compensation Committee Member at CIP - Câmara Interbancária de Pagamentos since March 2016. Prior to WTW, Marcos was the Director of Data Services for Brazil, Argentina, and Chile at Mercer Human Resource Consulting from December 1989 to September 2003. Marcos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Padre Anchieta, obtained between 1986 and 1989.
