Mark Dru has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mark co-founded Blast in 2016 and also served as COO until September 2018. Prior to that, they co-founded Acorns in 2012 and held the position of CFO until May 2015. In 2020, Mark joined Triller as Chief Revenue Officer, a role they held until August 2021. Mark also served as a Board Advisor for Wealthcoin from November 2015 to May 2016. Additionally, Mark has worked in investment banking at Cappello Group, Inc., finance and strategy at Mukta Arts, and production finance at Walt Disney Television. Mark also briefly worked in business development at DIC Entertainment and global risk management at Countrywide Financial Corporation.

Mark Dru completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at The University of Texas at Austin from 2002 to 2006. Mark then pursued further education and acquired an MBA degree with a focus on Finance from Pepperdine University between 2010 and 2012.
