Trine L. Enevoldsen has over 17 years of work experience in various roles. Trine L. is currently the Director of People & Culture at BLAST since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of People & Culture at Too Good To Go from 2019 to 2022. Trine L. also held the position of HR Manager at Vivino from 2018 to 2019. Trine's experience includes building a HR department from scratch and streamlining procedures at Julian Locations, where they worked as an HR Manager from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they served as a psychotherapist volunteer at TUBA Danmark from 2013 to 2016 and gained administration and sales experience at Julian Group from 2014 to 2015. Trine has also worked as a Consultant at Koda from 2010 to 2013 and as an entrepreneur in the secondhand clothing industry from 2007 to 2009.

Trine L. Enevoldsen attended Copenhagen Business Academy from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Diploma in Organisation and Leadership (HD-O) with a focus on Organisation & Leadership. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2009, they studied at Københavns Gestalt Institut and earned a Master's degree in Gestalt Therapy. Trine L.'seducational journey began in 2003 at Psykoterapeutisk Institut, where they completed a program in Experienced-based psychotherapy, specializing in Psychology.
