Oksana Howard is a Corporate Partner at Blaser Mills Law since February 2024, specializing in cross-border M&A work. Prior to this role, Oksana served as a Partner and Senior Corporate Associate at Colman Coyle from March 2017 to February 2024. Additional experience includes positions as a Corporate Solicitor at Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP from April 2015 to March 2017 and as a Corporate Associate at Lawrence Graham from January 2013 to March 2015. Oksana holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of East Anglia and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
