Jeffrey J. Grice is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in marketplace operations and brokerage. Currently serving as the Head of Marketplace Operations & Brokerage at Blanket since June 2023, Grice has been instrumental in developing business models and managing extensive Marketplace initiatives across 26 states. Prior to this role, Grice held multiple positions at Roofstock, including Managing Broker for Florida and Michigan, overseeing retail supply and disposition channels. Grice also owned and successfully sold companies, including RE/MAX Evolution, Evolution Property Management, and Evolution Escrow, from 2013 to 2020. Grice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Northwood University.
