Jennifer Edwards is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in management and pastry arts. Currently serving as Multi Unit General Manager at Blank Street since June 2022, Jennifer co-owns Sweet Euphoria, a home-based specialty cake and pastry business, since February 2012. Previous positions include Multi Unit General Manager at Magnolia Bakery, Restaurant Manager at The Meatball Shop, and Assistant Manager at Dominique Ansel Bakery. Additional roles encompass various capacities in notable establishments including Epicerie Boulud, Cafe Talulah, Grace's Table, EMM Group Inc, and Apple Pie Bakery Cafe. Jennifer holds an Associate degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and has foundational culinary training from Christopher Columbus High School.
