Will Redgate has held various roles in the fashion industry. Will started their career at MALO SpA as a Director in 2000. Will then moved on to Calvin Klein as a Director of Sales from 2001 to 2003. Following that, they worked at DKNY as a Director of Sales from 2003 to 2005. Will then joined Juicy Couture as a Director of Sales from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they became the Director of Sales and Brand Manager at DL1961 Premium Denim until 2010. Will then joined The Apparel Group as the National Sales Manager for Serfontaine from 2010 to 2011. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at [BLANKNYC] since 2011.

Will Redgate attended Fairfield Prep from 1984 to 1988. After completing their education there, they enrolled at Xavier University in Ohio. Will pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree from 1988 to 1993, majoring in Communications and Business.
