John Livingston has extensive experience in rental management, purchasing, and real estate. Currently serving as the Inside Rental Manager at Blanchard Machinery since December 2015, John previously held the role of Purchasing and Inventory Supervisor at Patton Hospitality Management from February 2010 to October 2015, where responsibilities included managing purchasing, inventory, and budgets for four resort properties. Prior to that, John worked as a Realtor Sales agent at Century 21 The Beach Company from August 2003 to March 2010, representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of South Carolina.
