Catoe's tenure at Blanchard Machinery began in 1984, progressing through various roles including Sales Admin Manager, Used Equipment Manager, and Parts Manager. Catoe's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Francis Marion University, earned between 1977 and 1983. Responsibilities have included inventory management of new and used equipment and oversight of the heavy equipment rental fleet.
