Matthew Birnbaum currently serves as the Director of Market Research at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew gained valuable experience at CBRE from January 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included roles as Manager, Senior Research Analyst, and Research Analyst. Earlier in 2015, Matthew completed an analyst internship at Hillview Capital Advisors, LLC. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University (2012-2016) and a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance from the Kogod School of Business at American University (2016-2017).
