Chris Gallagher is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and property leasing. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Blanca Commercial Real Estate since October 2022, Gallagher previously held the same title at CBRE from June 2016 to April 2023. Prior to that, Gallagher was Vice President of Leasing for South Florida at Duke Realty Corporation, where responsibility included the leasing and development of approximately 7 million square feet of office and industrial properties. Chris Gallagher earned a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Kansas.
