Andrés Isaza has extensive work experience in software development and leadership roles. Andrés began their career as a Technical Manager at Morris Technologies in 2002 and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they served as a Software Architect Project Lead at Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. In 2005, they joined ESSECORP as a Senior Software Developer & Fullstack Team Leader, where they also held the position of Software Solutions Development Leader. In 2018, they joined Software Solutions Factory Ltd. as a Fullstack Senior Software Developer and remained with the company until 2021. Currently, they are working at Blanc Labs as a Senior Software Fullstack Developer, starting in October 2021.
Andrés Isaza has a diverse education history in the field of information technology and software engineering. Andrés holds a Master Angular (formerly "Angular 2") degree in Frontend Development from the Noble Work Foundation, which they started in 2022 and is currently pursuing. Prior to that, in 2021, they attended the Yandex School of Data Analysis where they completed a course on Big Data Essentials: HDFS, MapReduce, and Spark RDD, focusing on Big Data and Data Engineering.
In 2018, Andrés obtained an Associate's degree from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in the field of Information Technology. Before this, from 2001 to 2008, they studied at the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, earning an Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, in 2005, they also obtained another Engineer's degree in Information Technology from the same institution. Apart from their formal education, Andrés has obtained various certifications to expand their skills and knowledge. In 2018, they earned certifications in Multiplatform Mobile App Development with React Native and Front-End Web Development with React from Coursera. In the same year, they also completed a course on Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools: Bootstrap 4 from Coursera. Going back to 2004, they obtained the IBM Certified System Administrator - WebSphere Application Server certification and the IBM Certified Associate Developer - WebSphere Studio Application Developer certification from IBM in 2004, showcasing their expertise in these areas.
