Michael George has a work experience that spans over several years. Michael started their career at Retenbach Constructors as a Project Manager from March 1981 to April 1986. After that, they worked at RP Industries as a VP of Business Development from April 1986 to February 1994. Currently, they hold the role of VP of Business Development at Blaine Construction Corporation since March 1994.

Michael George attended Portland High School in Tennessee from 1967 to 1970, where they obtained their high school diploma. In 1970, they enrolled at Nashville State Technical College, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. However, they transferred to the University of Tennessee in 1971, and from 1971 to 1976, they completed their Bachelor of Architecture degree with a focus on Architecture/Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
