Michael Sánchez has over 20 years of experience in information technology and application support. Currently serving as Application Support Coordinator and IT Specialist at Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior S.A. (Bladex) since March 2008, Michael manages user requirements and coordinates improvements with suppliers. Prior experience includes working as an IT Specialist at Globalbank Corporation from 2005 to March 2008, where responsibilities included expert analysis in BPM applications and process design for personal loans and Visa cards. Additionally, Michael served as an IT Consultant at Ultimus from 2003 to 2005, focusing on project management and process automation in customer service. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management and Finance from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá and an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá.
