Alexander Meza Schmidt has extensive experience in credit risk analysis and financial evaluation, currently serving as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst for Central America and Colombia at BLADEX since November 2019. Previously, Alexander held the role of Senior Regional Risk Analyst at BAC Credomatic from August 2015 to November 2019, focusing on corporate portfolio risk management and economic analysis. Alexander began the career at SCRiesgo as the Leader of the Research and Development Unit, where responsibilities included implementing risk models and enhancing rating methodologies. Alexander's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, a Technician in Risk, Finance, and Economics from the Universidad de Costa Rica, and ongoing studies towards a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universidad de Costa Rica.
