Nathan Gonzalez has been in the professional world since 2014, starting with a role as an Insurance Rep. at Careington International Corporation. In 2016, they moved on to Thomas J. Brennan Architects, where they worked as an Architectural Drafter. In 2021, they began working at Blackthorn.io, where they have held three roles: Senior Onboarding Manager, Onboarding Manager, and Customer Success Manager.

Nathan Gonzalez attended Allen High School from 2010 to 2014. In November 2020, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce. In March 2021, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER. In March 2022, they obtained a Build a Website with HTML, CSS, and Github Pages Skill Path from Codecademy. In December 2022, they obtained a Learn JavaScript Course from Codecademy.
