Oleksii Horak is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in .NET technologies, currently serving as Competence Manager and .NET Full-Stack Developer at Blackthorn Vision since January 2021, where responsibilities include implementing Web API and IaaS for a microbiology healthcare web-based application.
