Smitha PM has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Smitha is currently working as a Lead Data Engineer at Blackstraw.ai, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at UST for a significant period of time, starting in March 2012 as a Senior System Analyst. Smitha held this role until February 2022. Smitha also had a role as an IT Quality Assurance Analyst at Emaar from January 2007 to January 2008. Before that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from August 2005 to August 2006. Smitha'searliest work experience was as a Software Engineer at Ust Global Technology from February 2003 to August 2005.

Smitha PM graduated from MES Engineering College, Kuttippuram with a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Smitha obtained this degree from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they have acquired several Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals in January 2021, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in September 2020, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate in March 2023, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate in March 2021, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert in December 2020, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate in November 2020.
