Derek Yan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity, currently working at Blackstone since 2022. Prior to this role, Derek gained valuable experience at TPG Global from 2018 to 2020, and at the Boston Consulting Group from 2015 to 2018 as an Associate and Summer Associate. Derek also served as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2014. Academically, Derek holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Columbia University.
