Tania Fernandes is an experienced finance professional with over 18 years in the industry, currently serving as Vice President at BlackRock since December 2015. Previously, Tania held various roles, including Associate/Process Manager and Team Leader at JPMorgan Chase, where responsibilities included stakeholder and project management, overseeing Private Equity, Hedge Fund Transfers, and Derivative Confirmation functions, as well as conducting training and performance evaluations. Tania's career also includes operational roles in accounts transition and hedge fund reconciliation, with significant achievements in process improvement and team leadership. Tania holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Mumbai Education Trust and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from St. Andrew's College.
