Vecia Ricks is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as the Director of Employment Services at Moody Bible Institute since January 2019. Prior to this, Vecia has held the position of HR/Training Manager at Blackstone Group since December 2006, overseeing hiring and retention activities for various roles. Vecia earned a Master of Arts in Training and Development from Roosevelt University between 2003 and 2005.
