Pia Schaefer serves as the Global Head of Value Engineering for BlackRock's Aladdin Business, with a diverse career that includes roles such as Chief of Staff for both the Aladdin Business Development and eFront segments, as well as COO positions within Strategic Product Management for the EMEA region. Prior experience encompasses engagement management and senior associate roles at McKinsey & Company, investment executive responsibilities at CVC Capital Partners, and analyst positions at Citi, alongside various internships across leading automotive and finance firms. Pia holds an MBA and a Master's in International/Global Studies from The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute, respectively, and possesses a BA (Hons)/MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, complemented by studies at Tsinghua University and Rugby School.
