Natalie Bushman is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation management, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Compensation at BlackRock since August 2023. Natalie is also a member of Chief since November 2022. Prior to their role at BlackRock, Natalie held significant positions at Invesco Ltd. from May 2015 to August 2023, where Natalie was Head of Total Rewards and Head of Compensation. At Franklin Templeton Investments, from October 2002 to May 2015, Natalie contributed as Director of Compensation Consulting Americas and Manager of Global Compensation Consulting, overseeing a team dedicated to compensation services. Earlier in their career, Natalie worked at Franklin Templeton Investments as Sr. Compensation & Benefits Analyst and began their journey at Towers Perrin as an Administrative Assistant. Natalie holds an MBA and a BS in Business Management from the University of Tampa, completing the MBA in 2001 and the BS in 1995.
