Naresh Sharma is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving development efforts. Currently serving as Vice President and Software Engineering Manager at BlackRock since August 2015, Naresh is responsible for the design and development of the Aladdin Trading and Investments Development team and acts as an Agile Scrum master. Prior to BlackRock, Naresh held the position of Vice President and Lead Engineer at Markit, where the focus was on architecting the highly secure Markit Counterparty Manager Enterprise application. Naresh's career also includes roles at IBM, Tata Consultancy Services, and Infosys, contributing to various projects involving system design, development, and support across different industries. Naresh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from M.D. University, Rohtak.
