Helen Hayes, MBA, CDI.D, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in institutional equity sales and trading. Currently serving as Managing Director & Head of iShares Canada at BlackRock since November 2021, Hayes previously held multiple leadership roles at CIBC Capital Markets, including Managing Director & Head of International Equity Sales & Trading, as well as Managing Director & Head of Business Development in Equity Markets. Hayes has a well-documented history of enhancing market access and developing strategic partnerships, highlighted by the creation of "The Holler Podcast." Earlier in the career, Hayes served in key positions at UBS and was instrumental in launching high-speed internet services at Rogers Communications. Educational credentials include an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and multiple degrees from Queen's University.
