Claire Mahoney is an accomplished executive recruiter and talent acquisition leader currently serving as Vice President at BlackRock since July 2019. In this dual role, Claire leads talent acquisition and executive search for Corporate Functions and BlackRock Solutions, specializing in high-level positions across various domains such as human resources, marketing, and engineering. Prior to BlackRock, Claire worked at Leathwaite as a Senior Executive Recruiter, focusing on global technology and operations searches. Claire holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross, along with experience as a visiting student at the University of Oxford.
