Ranjith B. has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Starting in 2003, Ranjith worked as a Systems Administrator at Computer SOS, Inc. In 2004, they transitioned to a Program Manager Consultant role at Ameriquest Mortgage Corp., where they stayed until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Project Manager Consultant at Countrywide Financial Corp., before moving to Indymac Bank as a Program Manager Consultant from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Ranjith joined Professional Interactive Entertainment as a Senior Project Manager. After this, they worked as the Director of Project Management at Adconion Media Group from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they briefly joined ESPN as an Agile Project Manager Consultant, leading the implementation of Agile methodology for the launch of the espn3.com website.

From 2010 to 2011, Ranjith worked as a Principal Consultant at Merrill Lynch, followed by a role as a Principal Consultant at Whirlpool Corporation from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined blackNgreen and held various positions, including Project Manager from 2012 to 2014, Global Operations Manager from 2014 to 2016, and Assistant Vice President from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Ranjith serves as the Vice President - Client Services and Global Operations at blackNgreen, where they are responsible for identifying market opportunities, implementing operational and process improvements, and managing the P&L.

Ranjith B. has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
