Paul Forsyth possesses extensive experience in field sales and management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as State Field Business Manager at Blackmores Group since February 2019, Paul Forsyth leads a team to enhance distribution and category education in the pharmacy and grocery sectors. Previously, Paul Forsyth was the Victoria State Manager at Patties Foods Pty Ltd, overseeing a team of sales professionals. Earlier roles included Sales Capability Manager at Lion, leading sales development programs, and various leadership positions at Mars, including National L&D Manager and National Field Sales Manager, focusing on sales training and field sales excellence. Paul Forsyth holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Humanities from Victoria College (Rusden).
