Afifah Malkan is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as a Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Blackmores Group since January 2023, focusing on Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Australia/New Zealand markets. Prior to this role, Afifah worked at Deloitte Consulting in a similar capacity for the Human Capital Portfolio across Southeast Asia from January 2022 to January 2023 and held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at AstraZeneca from June to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing finance and accounting roles and early talent engagement programs. Afifah's earlier career includes two significant tenures at Deloitte Consulting, where responsibilities also revolved around talent acquisition, as well as roles at OCBC Bank and ServiceSource, providing end-to-end recruitment solutions across various sectors.
