R. Colin Jennings has extensive work experience in the field of data engineering and consulting. R. Colin started their career as a QA Engineer at 3 Birds Marketing LLC in May 2013, but quickly moved up to the position of Software Engineer, where they provided technical support, database administration, and implemented project solutions. R. Colin later took on the role of Business Intelligence Engineer, leading the design, implementation, and administration of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and ETL processes. Colin also played a key role in the development of dashboards and reports for the Analytics & Insights initiative using Tableau Server.

In 2016, Colin joined InterWorks as a Data Architect and Data Team Lead, where they were responsible for overseeing data-related projects and managing a team. R. Colin then started their own consulting company, rcolinjx LLC, in 2018, where they served as the Principal Consultant, providing expertise in data engineering and consulting.

Colin's most recent work experience is as a Data Engineer at BlackLocus, where they initially served as a Staff Data Engineer before being promoted to Principal Data Engineer. R. Colin is currently responsible for leading data engineering initiatives and leveraging their expertise to drive innovation and maximize data capabilities within the company.

R. Colin Jennings completed their high school education from The Marine Academy of Science and Technology, earning a diploma in Systems Engineering from 2004 to 2008.
