Sam Dagger started their work experience in 2011 as a Supervisor and Duty Manager at Hotel Du Vin. Sam then worked as an Assistant Bar Manager at Reunion Champagne and Cocktail Bar from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Bar Manager at Grazing Goat Gastro Pub & Hotel. In 2016, they joined Open House London Ltd as a Bar Manager at The Lighterman Bar and Dining Room. Since 2017, they have been working at Blacklock, starting as the Group Beverage Manager and currently holding the position of Head of Projects.

- In 2008, Sam enrolled in the Royal West of England Academy of Art and completed a Foundation Diploma in Art, Design, and Communication in 2009.
- From 2009 to 2012, Sam attended the University of Brighton and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Graphic Design.
