Omari Johnson-Bignell is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-paced kitchen environments. Currently a Senior Sous Chef at Blacklock since September 2022, Omari has previously held leadership roles as Head Chef at Dirty Bones and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. Initial culinary expertise was gained as a Sous Chef at The Rum Kitchen and in a Deputy Manager role at Byron. Early career experience includes working as a Line Chef at TGI Fridays. Omari's formal education includes training at the College of North West London and secondary education at Copland.
