Amanda Espinosa is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer and previously as a Lead Product Designer at Blacklane since July 2022, Amanda has demonstrated expertise in enhancing user engagement and product functionality. Prior to Blacklane, Amanda held the position of Senior Product Designer at FREE NOW, focusing on driver app engagement and earnings. Amanda's tenure at Work & Co involved leading design teams on high-stakes international projects, including a banking ecosystem for BTG and e-commerce solutions for Home Depot. As a Product Designer at VTEX, Amanda contributed to the development of shopping experience products and the global checkout experience. Amanda began the design career as a UX Designer at Globo.com, specializing in information architecture, and earlier worked as a freelancer in UX/UI design. Amanda holds a degree in Visual Communication and Product Design from UERJ / ESDI and studied at Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach am Main.
