Donald Ragland is a seasoned information technology leader with extensive experience in multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at BlackIvy Group since October 2022, Donald oversees IT operations for diverse subsidiaries across Sub-Saharan Africa. In parallel, Donald contributes to CINQCARE, implementing IT infrastructure for the startup healthcare company. Previously, Donald held the position of Director of Information Technology at E4H - Environments for Health, leading the IT division within a healthcare architectural design firm, and at WDG Architecture, managing enterprise IT operations for another award-winning architectural firm. Donald Ragland holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University School of Business, a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's in Architectural Urban Planning from the University of Maryland.
