John Narayan has a strong background in technical ISR, serving as the Vice President at BlackHorse Solutions since July 2019. Prior to this role, they were a Principal at Amplus Corp from April 2016 to July 2019. John also held the position of Chief Engineer at BIT Systems from July 2007 to April 2016.

John Narayan earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2008, followed by a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering in 2012. John then completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2022.
