Bill L. is an experienced telecommunications professional with a robust background in voice network troubleshooting and management. Currently serving as a Translations Specialist at Blackfoot Communications since November 2020, Bill is a subject matter expert on Metaswitch systems and is responsible for deployment, maintenance, and security of various network components. Prior roles include Central Office Equipment Technician at Range, where Bill handled remote voice troubleshooting, and Central Office Engineering Technician at Mid-Rivers Communications, leading the migration to Metaswitch.
