Ron Kaine has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ron started their career in 1992 as a Software Developer at Macfadden and then worked as a Video and Event Program Director at FAC. In 2001, they joined Commerce One as a Senior Technical Writer and later moved on to Lockheed Martin Information Technology as a Technical Writer. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Software Developer at ESS and then joined Confluence as a Senior Technical Writer until 2010. At DMI, Ron served as a Technology Manager from 2010 to 2015. Currently, they are working as a Business Writer at Rockatech Writing, where they help executives and thought leaders consolidate their ideas and messages into professionally printed or published books.

Ron Kaine earned a Bachelor's degree from Grove City College between the years 1987 and 1991. Before that, they attended Clymer from 1983 to 1987, where they completed their Regents degree and focused on Math and Science.
