Meena Balaji began their work experience at Cognizant in 2015 as a Programmer Analyst Trainee. Meena held this role from January to April 2015. After that, they worked as a Data Engineer and Data Analyst at BBI starting in November 2021. Prior to their professional career, Meena was a student at Info Institute of Engineering until November 2021.

Meena Balaji completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from Info institute of engineering between the years 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended Perks Matriculation Higher secondary School from 2008 to 2010, where they did not pursue a specific degree but focused on their studies. Additionally, during the same period, Meena also attended Perks matric.hr.sec.school and studied Computer Science.

In terms of certifications, they obtained the Databricks developer associate apache spark 3.0 certification from Databricks in February 2022. Meena also acquired the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2022 and became a Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate in February 2022, awarded by Microsoft.
