Caroline Steiner

Director, Communications & Customer Success at Blackbird

Caroline Steiner's most recent work experience is with Blackbird plc, where they held several roles. Caroline started as the Director of Sustainability in January 2022 and ended in August 2022. Caroline then became the Director of Communications from August 2022 to February 2023. Subsequently, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Director from January 2023 to June 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Communications & Customer Success at Blackbird plc, starting in June 2023.

Prior to their time at Blackbird plc, Caroline worked at Archimedia London Ltd. as the Director of Publications for over 12 years, starting in September 2009 and ending in January 2022. Caroline collaborated with News International on the production of Special Reports for The Times, focusing on various locations such as Kuwait, Bahrain, Hong Kong, and more.

Before Archimedia London Ltd., Caroline worked at the National Geographic Channel, where they held multiple positions over six years. Starting in July 2000, they initially served as the Head of Marketing UK and eventually progressed to the roles of Director of TV Networks UK and Director, Media Sales and Partnership Marketing. Caroline'stime at the National Geographic Channel concluded in February 2006.

Additionally, Caroline worked as the Media Director at Impact Media Europe Ltd. from April 1999 to June 2000. Caroline'searliest recorded work experience is with AFA Press, where they served as a Report Director from July 1994 to March 1999.

Caroline Steiner has a degree in BA (Hons) European Business Administration with a focus on Economics, International Finance, and Marketing from Middlesex University. Caroline also holds a Diplôme D’Etudes Supérieures Européenes de Management, specializing in the same fields, from NEOMA Business School.

In addition to their education, Caroline Steiner has obtained the Swim England Safe guarding training certification from Swim England in March 2021.
