Diane Chen is a seasoned software testing professional with extensive experience in Quality Assurance (QA) across notable technology companies, including BlackBerry and AMD. Currently serving as a Senior Software Testing Specialist at BlackBerry since January 2009, Diane leads QA testing processes for software products, develops test plans, and collaborates with engineering teams to enhance product quality. Prior roles include Senior Software QA Engineer at AMD, where Diane coordinated project communications and evaluated project risks, and as a Software QA Engineer at Bell, focusing on system verification and validation.
