Janneman Mouton's work experience includes a role as a Project Consultant at blackbear since March 2022, where they are involved in license-based outsourcing solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Jr. Account Executive BENELUX and Nordics, as well as a Business Developer, at Amberscript B.V. from March 2021 to March 2023. Before that, they served as a PR- and Communications Intern at MediaMaze from September 2020 to March 2021. Janneman also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Universiteit Utrecht, where they were involved in various extracurricular activities and demonstrated skills in teamwork, listening, and communication.

Janneman Mouton completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociale wetenschappen from Utrecht University, from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Erasmiaans Gymnasium from 2008 to 2014, where they followed the Science Curriculum, including subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Latin, Dutch, History, and Gene. In addition to their formal education, Janneman obtained a certification in Frictionless Sales from HubSpot Academy in March 2022.
