Tudor Pop is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. As Co-Founder and CTO of Commoonal since November 2017, Tudor has focused on creating an app that facilitates peer-to-peer donations and promotes social responsibility within communities. Tudor has been with Blackbaud since 2009, where roles have evolved from Senior Software Engineer to Software Engineering Manager, currently leading the Database Hardening project while enhancing coaching and mentoring skills. Additionally, previous positions include Systems Consultant at Crosstech Partners and Software Consultant at SC Celina Prodcom, with educational credentials from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
