Thomas Pate is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business services and transformation. Since November 2013, Thomas has served as Vice President of Business Services at Blackbaud, overseeing a portfolio of over 100 business applications and enhancing program delivery rates significantly. Previous roles at Blackbaud include Product Launch Program Director and Vice President of Cloud Transformation, where Thomas led significant initiatives in customer support and procurement, achieving substantial cost reductions and strategic advancements. Thomas's earlier career at Accenture included serving as North America Geographic Services Executive Director, managing back-office operations for an $11B business, and leading global transformation programs. Thomas also contributed as Board Chair for Make-A-Wish in the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana region, driving efforts to increase service reach for eligible children. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Organization Behavior from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Computer Science, and Religion from Cornell College.
