Kaileigh Jonesby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software instruction and training management, currently serving as Delivery Manager at Blackbaud since June 2018. In this role, Kaileigh oversees a team of software instructors to ensure the successful delivery of Blackbaud University training, focusing on enhancing culture, communication, and client satisfaction through coaching and process improvements. Previously, Kaileigh demonstrated expertise as a Software Instructor, providing training in Raiser’s Edge and RENXT while collaborating to enhance client success and curriculum effectiveness.
