Julia Duda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and customer support, currently serving as Principal Change Manager at Blackbaud since June 2016. Julia's career progression at Blackbaud includes roles as Senior Change Manager and Staff Change Manager within the Research, Delivery, and Operations teams, along with a previous position as Senior Customer Support Analyst in the K-12 Unit.
