John White is an experienced software engineer and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Blackbaud since February 2021. In addition, John has been the Owner of LibraryTools.com, a company specializing in library assistant training software, since February 2012. Previously, John held various positions at Ithaca College from October 2004 to February 2021, including Associate Director, where responsibilities encompassed leading a team of database administrators and developers managing applications like Ellucian Banner and Oracle E-Business Suite. Earlier freelance work as a Web Developer at Nuevo Red Design involved web site design and database management. John holds a Master of Science in Communication from Ithaca College (2007-2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Statistics and Probability from Ithaca College (2000-2004).
