Susan has more than 20 years’ experience of corporate and commercial law. She deals with a variety of matters across a range of sectors, including company and business sales and purchases, joint ventures, investment rounds, employee ownership transactions and commercial contracts. She also has significant experience in the hospitality, timeshare and vacation ownership industries, having advised clients operating in these sectors for a number of years.

With a clear focus on client service, Susan offers commercial and pragmatic advice and is committed to securing the best outcome for her clients.

Susan is also a Director of the Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce.
