Kristi Kuhlmann, PE, LEED AP, ENV SP, is the Design & Engineering Management Leader and Associate Vice President at Black & Veatch, a position held since October 2001. Kristi leads a team of over 300 Engineering Managers globally, overseeing career development, performance management, training opportunities, budgeting, and workload forecasting, while ensuring productivity meets established metrics. Previously, Kristi served as an Engineering Manager, guiding multi-discipline teams in the municipal water and wastewater sector. Kristi's early career included a summer internship at Horner & Shifrin, Inc. Kristi holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
