Courtney Thomas, P.E., ENV SP, is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Black & Veatch, where a tenure began in April 2015 and includes roles as Project Engineer and Permitting Lead Engineer for Telecommunications. Prior experience includes serving as a Civil Engineering Intern in Water at Black & Veatch for a brief period in mid-2014 and working as an Engineering Intern at Domenichelli and Associates, Inc. from June 2013 to January 2014. Courtney Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2015.
